Established in Los Angeles in 2021, DF000 is a heterarchical, open-source creative, defense, and philosophy group.
Rooted in the principles of Jiu-Jitsu, the program integrates combative arts, de-escalation, situational awareness, and ontological security to develop practical skills, resilience, and personal transformation.
Our adaptive training matrix prioritizes inclusivity, creating space for women, marginalized communities, and neurodivergent individuals to develop meaningful real-world protection skills within a disciplined and supportive training environment.
